Made to Order

All Calloused Co. products are made specifically for each order through our production partner. This allows us to maintain high quality while reducing unnecessary inventory and waste.

Because items are made to order, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

Order Processing

Once an order is placed, it is sent to production.

Typical production times are:

  • Standard printed items: 2–5 business days

  • Embroidered or specialty items: 7–10 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Times

Once production is complete, orders are shipped immediately.

Estimated shipping times:

United States

  • 3–7 business days

International

  • 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Because each item is made to order, most U.S. customers receive their order within 5-12 business days from the time it is placed.

During high-demand periods, such as holidays, product launches, or major sales, orders may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after product has shipped.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on product type or production location. If this occurs, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

High Order Volume

During peak seasons, product launches, or holidays, production times may temporarily increase. We appreciate your patience while your order is being carefully produced.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
